This agreement is governed by the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. You and Westagora hereby irrevocably consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Lagos, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Westagora. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Westagora with respect to the Westagora sites/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Westagora with respect to the Westagora sites/services.

You agree that, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Westagora Service must be filed within one (1) year of the claim or loose the right of claim.
