• Westagora is an online market place for both sellers and buyers and is neither involved in the actual transaction as an intermediary nor as a party or representative of any party. So agreements entered into as a consequence of an advertisement being placed on Westagora shall be concluded and implemented without Westagora participating. Note that there are risks dealing with people you do not know. Also know that, Westagora.com has no control over such risks.
• Westagora may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended and restated Agreement on the Site. The amended and restated Agreement shall be effective immediately upon posting. This Agreement was first set on February 28 2007.Your continued use of the Site shall be deemed to be acceptance of the amended terms. This Agreement may not otherwise be modified, except in writing by an authorized officer of Westagora.
• You are not allowed to use this site if you are less than 18 years of age or you have been suspended from using Westagora.
• You warrant that all information supplied by you including your name, e-mail, address and telephone numbers and that of your products and goods posted for sale is true and accurate. They must not be false, inaccurate, misleading, libelous and misleading.
• As seller, you agree to post content or items in the appropriate category or area in Westagora.
• You shall not collect information about users and members including email addresses without their consent.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations concerning your participation in Westagora.com services.

LICENSE
When you give Westagora your information and content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royal-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable (through multiple tiers)license to exercise copyright, reproduction, transmission, publicity and database right of all the content, in any media.

LAW SUIT
These terms and conditions and the relationship between the user and Westagora services shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The users agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

FEES AND SERVICES
Westagora can be used for free. We however offer premium services and charge fees based on our schedule of fees for using these services. These fees may change and vary from time to time. We may also change the fees temporarily during promotional events or when new services are launched. Such changes are communicated on the sites. An item will be deleted by the system after one month on the site. An advertisement may be deleted by Westagora at any time if it is found to be illegal or offensive. Should an advertisement be deleted, no reimbursement of the advertisement price already paid shall be made. All fees are denominated in U.S. Dollars ($) and in the local currency of each of the countries where Westagora operates. This will be given in its U.S. Dollars equivalent.

RELEASE
If you have a problem with one or more users, you release Westagora (and our staff, employees, directors and partners and affiliates) from claims and or demands /damages arising from such disputes.

RECORDS
Westagora shall helps the security bodies with information about users where needed. The identity of the seller, buyers or the replies on adverts can established by tracing the IP address of the system used.

SECURITY ADVICE TO SELLERS AND BUYERS
Sending money in advance: Don’t send money to any seller in advance. A request for payment for an item in advance generally proves to be fraudulent.
Electronic documents: Papers and documents sent electronically can be falsified and tampered with. These documents may not guarantee the true identity of the person sending the document.
Cheque fraud: As a seller you must guard against fraud when selling your product/item. We will strongly advice the use of bank draft or bank transfer as a means of payment.
Use of false emails: It is possible for people that are fraudulent to falsify email addresses. So we advice that any transaction entered into must be properly investigated.
Credit/Debit Cards frauds: Beware also as there are fraudulent element that perpetrate credit/debit card fraud.

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the Nigeria and West Africa or the country in which you reside.
